Tell me of an employer who doesn't want loyal employees. You know, the kind that'll work hard and stay no matter what.

But, don't you think that this is a two-way relationship? 

Why don't we hear as much about employer loyalty?

Why do employees leave for better opportunities? If your turnover rate indicates an "employee loyalty" problem, look again!

The real problem may be that the employees aren't getting the respect they deserve. They, perhaps aren't being put in the right positions to exercise their skillsets. Or, perhaps aren't being paid the market rate for their skillsets. 

Employer loyalty is as important as employee loyalty. It's an atmosphere of mutual respect, open communication, and transparency at the workplace that benefits both.

At the core of any business are people. And, where people are involved, you need to go beyond numbers. And, that's important to make the numbers you care about come true!
